P. annex, and the twenty-eight to die in the electric chair. He was put to death July 19, 1907, for shooting killing Officer BASORE at Franklin, Warren county, Oct. 30, 1906, to evade arrest. He shot Ella May BERRY, a negress, to death on the streets of Columbus, Dec. 16, 1904, was sent to the Mansfield reformatory and was later paroled."
