McGraw, page 159 Name: Oliver Crook HAUGH (Prisoner 36919) Crime: Murder Location: Dayton, Montgomery County Executed: 19 April 1907 NOTES: Executed "for the murder of his father, mother, and brother, in Dayton, on the night of November 4, 1905, while under the influence of drugs. It is said that he administered a powerful drug to the members of his family and while they were under its influence he murdered them with a knife, after which he set fire to the building. While fleeing from the building he was captured and his crime discovered. He was a highly educated man, but the use of a powerful drug transformed him from a Dr. Jekyl to a Mr. Hyde.
