NOTES:     "John BENNETT was eleventh to die in the O.P. electric
           chair.  He killed his wife, at Oberlin, Lorrain county,
           December 8, 1903, by forcing carbolic acid into her
           mouth, and beating her head with a brick.... Bennett 
           was a Kentuckian.  Cause of crime, her refusal to live
           with him."
