MILES Dr. J. " Beryl " Miles , age 92, long time Hilltop Podiatrist, passed away
on July 26, 2008, at home with his family by his side. He was born on October 11,
1915 in Columbus, Ohio. He graduated from West High School and Ohio College of
Podiatry. Preceded in death by his loving wife of 52 years Martha J. (Swicegood)
Miles, parents James W. and Hertha A. (Schuler) Miles, brothers Dr. Jack W. Miles
and Robert C. Miles, granddaughter Michelle Miles. Survived by sons, John (Burr)
and wife Sandy, Tim and wife (Susie), Jack, Jeff and wife (Barb); daughter, Nena
(Miles) Leffel, who along with husband Brad, cared for our father for many years;
10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews, countless
patients and longtime friends. A special thanks to all the care givers who gave our
father their loving help. To send our love and appreciation to Mrs. Jeanne Harper a
wonderful, long time friend of our father. Thank you so much. Funeral Service will
be 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at SCHOEDINGER HILLTOP CHAPEL, 3030 W. Broad
St., where friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 29, 2008. Rev.
Gerald Koster officiating. Interment Wesley Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers con-
