Otterbein Cemetery

NOTE: This site is not affiliated with Otterbein Cemetery in any way.
This lovely cemetery located near the center of Westerville at W. Walnut and S. Knox Streets (175 S. Knox St.) has been in contiuous use since 1831 or before. It is very well cared for by the city of Westerville, where the more recent records are kept (Phone: 614-890-8581). Older records seem to have been lost. Even in the best kept cemeteries it's possible to find broken stones and, of course, those too worn to read.
Another site to visit for more information about this and other Westerville cemeteries is Sharon McWhorter's, Cemeteries of Westerville, Ohio. If Sharon doesn't have the information you're seeking posted yet, simply write to her. She will do her best to assist you.
