Thurston, 53, Pennsylvania railroad detective, who was shot to death Monday night, will be held at the home of his brother, William H. Gustafson TRANSCRIBERS NOTE: At least one man was convicted of the murder of Charles S. Thurston. He was Robert E. Stone, one of more than 300 prisoners who died in the fire at the Ohio Penitentiary on April 21, 1930. He is also buried at Green Lawn.
