BALLARD
Charles L. Ballard, age 82, of Urbana, Ohio, formerly of Columbus, Friday at
the Urbana Care Center.  Retired custodian with the Columbus School System. 
50 year member, Woodmen of the World.  Survived by son and daughter-in-law,
James and Margaret Ballard; grandchildren, James L. Ballard and Rebecca Master;
2 great grandchildren, all of Urbana; 1 niece, 2 nephews.  Friends may call
Schoedinger Norris Chapel, 3574 North Broadway, Grove City, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
p.m. Sunday, where services will be held 1 p.m. Monday.  Rev. Walter Cain offi-
ciating.  Interment Green Lawn Cemetery.
