THE COLUMBUS DISPATCH WIDNER Kathleen Elizabeth Widner, of Grove City, passed away peacefully from this earth to her new and eternal home on Wednesday, February 25, 2004. Kathleen was born January 23, 1911 in Twin Branch, WV, a two pound preemie who was given the best of care by her parents, Robert and Amanda Carroll. She lived 93 years and has been respected and adored throughout that time by her loving family, dear friends and special neighbors. Those who passed before her and now await her homecoming include her husband of 59 years and the true love of her life, Fred "Jud" Widner; her eldest son, Danny; her parents; brother, Robert Carroll, Jr. and sister, Berttie Caldwell. Those left here to remember and give thanks for this wonderful woman are her sons, Jack (Judy) Widner and Michael (Suzanne) Widner; 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Calling hours 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the SCHOEDINGER NORRIS CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway, Grove City, where the funeral service will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday, February 28, 2004 with her first cousin, Rev. Edwin Lemaster officiating. Burial will follow at Green Lawn Ceme- tery.
