Scrimger, aged 53, widow of the late C. William Scrimger, died at Mt. Carmel hospital Tuesday morning, following two years' illness, of a complication of ailments. Her husband's death occurred about three years ago. Her only surviving relatives are a brother-in-law, Albert D. Scrimger, a nephew, Leslie Scrimger, and a number of cousins. Mrs. Scrimger was a member of King Avenue Methodist Episcopal church, of the White Cross Hospital circle, and also was an active worker for the North Side Day Nursery. Funeral Services will be held at the residence Friday at 2 p. m., Rev. Dr. P. H. Murdick, former pastor of King Avenue church, officiating. Interment will be made at Green Lawn cemetery in charge of the H. A. Pletcher Co.
