for General Motors Acceptance Corp since 1929.  Lay leader and member of
the official board of First Methodist Church; former Sunday school super-
intendent.
 
Surviving are his wife, Camille, daughter Mrs. Ann Snyder, son Frank C.
at home, 2 grandchildren; sister Mrs. William Kirsch of Millersport. 
Services Monday at 2 pm at Schoendinger State Street Chapel where friends
may call after 7 pm Sat.  Rev. Karl Scheufler officiating.  Interment Green
Lawn.
