THE COLUMBUS DISPATCH, Wednesday, February 13, 1946, page 5B Local Deaths: Webster Huntington, 80, Former Editor Here, Dies Webster P. Huntington, 80, former Columbus newspaperman and editor at one time of the old Columbus Press Post, died Tuesday at his home in Mt Sterling, Ky. A native of Columbus, Mr. Huntington had also worked on newspapers in Toledo, Wash- ington, D. C., and Louisville. He served as chairman of the planning committee for the erection of the Perry Memorial Monument. Surviving are his wife, Arabella; two daughters, Mrs. Hugh M. Bone and Mrs. W. A. Carlile, both of Columbus, a son, Deshler, Denver, Colo.; a half-brother, B. G. Huntington, Columbus; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in Mt. Sterling with burial there.
