MORTON--Elijah, aged 64, hotel clerk, died Wednesday at Avalon, N.J.,
of heart disease. A daughter, Mrs. William Porter, 1116 Wilson avenue,
survives. The body will be brought to Columbus for funeral arrangements
in charge of the Edward E. Fisher Co.

MORTON--Elijah. Services for Mr. Morton, father of Mrs. William Porter,
1116 Wilson avenue, who died Wednesday at Avalon, N.J., will be held
Saturday, at 2:30 p.m. in the Fisher Broad street mortuary. Burial will
be in Green Lawn cemetery.

Elijah Morton, 64, glass blower and former employe of the American
Bottle company, died suddenly Wednesday morning in Avalon, N.J. He left
Newark about 18 years ago, and for a time was employed in Massillon. A
daughter, Mrs. Emma Morton Porter, of Columbus, survives. Funeral
services will be held on Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, in the
Fisher mortuary, East Broad street, Columbus.
